Why is my passport badge RED?

Your badge can come up as RED under the following conditions,
  1. You haven't taken the latest survey.
  2. You have failed the assessment as per the survey criteria. You can always correct the survey response provided that the survey period is still active, and your organization allows you to retake the survey.
  3. You have not refreshed your screen.
    1. To refresh on mobile, simply drag the Dashboard screen down to reload the contents.
    2. To refresh on the web portal, hit F5, or the refresh button on your browser.
    3. You can also log out and log back in to refresh the contents of your app.
