      Why is my passport badge BLUE?

      Your passport badge turns BLUE if you marked yourself working from home or staying at home, on the questionnaire. You may need to retake the survey and get a GREEN badge in order to visit the worksite, provided your organization allows you to retake the survey and the survey period has not expired.
