Case Notifications

1. Click the Administration menu from the Main Menu 

2. Click “Notification Template” menu 

Case:

 You can configure the following notifications 

1. Case Notifications 
  a.  New – This email notification is sent when a new case is saved as a draft in the system. 
  b. Submitted – This email notification is sent when a new case is opened in the system. 
  c. Updated – This email notification is sent when an open case is updated by someone. 
  d. Close – This email notification is sent when a case is closed.
