How does Kokomo Notify Works?
Kokomo NOTIFY ™ is utilized for notifying the user population at a moment's notice and receiving responses back via email, SMS, or push notifications.
1. Click the Kokomo Notify menu from Main Menu
NOTE: If you don’t see the Kokomo Notify section then you may not have this enabled for your organization. Please reach out to us, if you would like to learn more about the Kokomo NOTIFY™ feature.
ONE-CLICKS :
1. When you click on the One-Clicks option under Kokomo Notify on the left menu, it shows the list of notifications that have been saved as a One-Click Template using the “Save as One-Click Template” button.
2. To send a notification using these One Click templates, just click on the template you want to use. A confirmation pop-up would appear. Select Yes and the notification gets sent out to all the intended recipients saved in the template.
ALERT SEND / BUILD :
- 1. To send the notification, click on the “Alert Send/ Build” option under Kokomo Notify on the left side of the menu
2. This page maintains a log of all the notifications sent out. To send out a new notification click on the New Notification in the top right corner
3. Fill out the details in the fields as described. Select the method of the notification email, phone, text, or push. Depending on the mode, enter the body of the notification in the corresponding tab of the text editor. Alternatively, you can also load an existing template if there are any. Click “Send” to send the notification. You can also click on the “Save as One-click Template” button to save this notification for future use.
