What is Case List?

Case list is the list that which user can able to see the all reported cases with current status.

Case List: 

All cases are available to view in a list format where there are contents such as ID, Status, Issue Type, etc. (see figure #) for a quick preview of the cases’ content matter. To view a full case, simply click on the desired case in the list. Cases can be bookmarked by clicking the “star” icon of the corresponding case. 

Filters: 

By clicking the “Filter” block, a drop-down menu will appear to display all filter options for case filtering. 

The “Case ID” filter will be selected as the default to search for cases with the case ID. Simply clicking a different option such as date, Time Case Occurred, etc. will change the filter to a different filter type to search by. 

To apply a filter, simply enter the search criteria of the desired filter type, and then click the “Apply Filter” to apply the current filter. Multiple filters can be applied by repeating the filter process: 

Filter-> select a filter type -> enter criteria -> click “Apply Filter”

There are three icons that depict the following criteria for a case: 

  • Print/Export – Click this icon to select the desired case contents to include in the PDF export of the case 
  • Contact Tracing – Click this icon to open the contact tracing dashboard for the specific case 
  • Attachment(S) – This icon appears when a case has at least one file attachment included in the case
