What is a survey?
1. Click the Survey Settings menu from the Kokomo Forms
2.The system allows an organization to collect multiple surveys.
3. A way of utilizing this function is that you can use the system to collect a Consent Form as well as a Daily Self-Screening .
4. Each survey is time-bound.
5. You can use different surveys for temporary or permanent needs.
6. Each survey can target different locations, allowing an organization to use different questionnaires based on location (or site).
7. A typical use of this function is when you want to ask a different set of questions based on the employee’s location. For example, employees in CA may use one set vs. employees in other states.
