How do I add a 2nd vaccine dose?

Step by step to add 2nd dose info via mobile app and web portal

Here are some instructions on how to upload your second dose via the mobile app:

1. Open and log in to your Kokomo account in the mobile app.
2. Tap your existing Vaccine Card (the big yellow tile under My Card).
3. At the top right, you will see a pencil and paper icon. Tap this to edit your card
4. You will be brought to the Card editing screen.
5. To the right of Dosage Information, please tap the plus sign to add your second dose.
6. You may be required to add another attachment with the dose. The same image as the first attachment will work just fine if that's the case.

And for the web portal:

1. Log into the web portal at https://safetycloud.kokomo247.com/
2. Find your existing Vaccine Card (the big yellow tile in the My Card block)
3. Click the top left label, bringing you to the card-editing page
4. Add a new dose using the New button to the right of Dose Information.
5. You may be required to add another attachment with the dose. The same image as the first attachment will work just fine if that's the case.
