How do I update my phone number?

You can update your phone number either through the web portal or through the mobile app. 

  1. Updating your phone number through the web portal
    1. Login to the COVID19Tracker web portal 
    2. Click on the person icon on the top right corner
      Account Details
    3. Click on My Profile 
      My Profile
    4. Enter the new phone number and hit Update

  2. Updating your phone number through the mobile app
    1. Login to the Kokomo IMS Enterprise app
    2. Navigate to the user profile page by clicking on the below "Profile" tab.
    3. Enter your phone number and hit "Save".
    4. Confirm the changes. Your phone number will be updated effective immediately.
