Forgot My Password

  1. If you are having difficulty logging in and you are using your corporate credentials/SSO to log in, then please reach out to your organization's admin for password support. 
  2. If you have never logged in, then you can log in using the temp password issued to you, please reach out to your admin in case you don't have a temp password.
  3. If you have logged in previously and you forgot your password, you can reset your password by clicking on the "Reset Password" link on the COVID19Tracker login page.

This will then navigate you to a page where you can provide your username/email ID associated with your COVID19Tracker account.

Once you hit Submit, the system will send a secure verification code to your mentioned email, which you can then use to reset your password.  

If none of this works, then please reach out to your admin to reset your password.
